Taylor Ivey brings a background in high-consequence nuclear facility operations, personnel leadership, emergency response, multimillion-dollar project management, and business development.
At the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford Site, Taylor served as a Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Building Emergency Director at the Waste Encapsulation and Storage Facility (WESF), a Hazard Category 2 nuclear facility. His responsibilities included oversight of facility operations, personnel, emergency response, and the overall scope of assigned facility activities.
WESF's mission involved the safe storage of 1,936 highly radioactive cesium and strontium capsules—an inventory that historically represented approximately one-third of Hanford's radioactivity. Following his Hanford work, Taylor joined EnergySolutions, managing a multimillion-dollar decontamination and decommissioning project for Framatome at its Richland, Washington location. His work included complex project execution and operational oversight in a regulated industrial setting.
He later applied that foundation to private-sector leadership in marine dealership operations, recreational finance, service department management, sales development, and business ventures.
Today, Ivey Enterprises combines high-accountability operational leadership with practical, hands-on execution to help organizations strengthen operations, manage projects, and pursue growth.
